What is TeamVault?
TeamVault is cloud storage with real-time sync for families and teams. Keep your photos, videos and files in one place, reach them on the web, iPhone and Android, and share a folder with anyone via a link.
How does syncing work?
Upload a file on any device — web or app — and it appears everywhere instantly. There's nothing to refresh; every device you're signed in on stays up to date automatically.
How do I share files with someone?
Share a whole folder or collection as a link. Whoever you send it to can view it on the web or in the app — they don't need a TeamVault account or subscription.
Can I control what each team member can do?
Yes. Admins set each user's rights — add, edit, delete, share or view — so everyone has exactly the access they need, and nothing more.
Which file types are supported?
You can preview images (JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WEBP, RAW, TIFF, DNG, HEIC, AVIF), video (MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WEBM, WMV) and documents (PDF, DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, PPT/PPTX, TXT, HTML, PHP), plus YouTube and website links. Other file types can be stored too — they just won't preview in-app.
How much storage do I get?
The Free plan includes 1 user and 1 GB. On Standard, every user comes with 1 GB, for up to 20 users. Larger needs are covered by Enterprise — see the pricing page for details.
Is my data private?
Your files stay private to your account and team, protected by role-based access, and hosted in India. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
