Delete your account

You can delete your TeamVault account and its data at any time — from the app, or by contacting us. Here's how, and what happens to your data afterwards.

From the app

Delete in a few taps

Open TeamVault and sign in

Launch the app on your iPhone or Android device and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to your profile or settings

Tap your profile, then open Settings (or Account).

Choose “Delete account”

Select Delete account and review what will be removed.

Confirm

Confirm the deletion. Once confirmed, your account is closed and your data is scheduled for permanent removal.

Prefer to write to us?

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address on your account and we'll take care of it. Please include your account name so we can verify the request.

What happens to your data

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile and the files stored in your account from the live Service. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone, so please download anything you'd like to keep first.

  • Your profile and login are closed immediately.
  • Files and folders in your account are removed from the Service.
  • Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 60 days.
  • We may retain limited records where the law requires us to (for example, tax or accounting records).
