Is it billed monthly or yearly?
Standard is billed annually. The ₹100 per user is a monthly rate, charged once a year for the whole team — for example, five users work out to ₹6,000 for the year.
What happens when I add or remove a user?
Each user includes 1 GB of storage, so adding a user adds 1 GB and ₹100 per month to your plan; removing one reduces both. Standard covers up to 20 users.
Can I get more storage per user?
On Standard, storage is fixed at 1 GB per user. If you need more storage per person, that's an Enterprise plan — get in touch and we'll tailor it.
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone you invite to your team with their own login and permissions. People you simply share a folder link with don't count — they don't need an account at all.
